ORDERS CANNOT BE COMBINED. Multiple orders will result in multiple shipments. In the event that our shipping department is able to combine orders based on destination addresses, no refund for shipping or processing will be made. There will be no exceptions.
ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED. Once an order is placed it cannot be amended. It will either ship as ordered or can be cancelled by the customer prior to shipping. Addresses, sizes, colors, or items cannot be changed within an order after the order is confirmed. To receive a different product, that product must be ordered separately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. There will be no exceptions.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SIZING THEMSELVES. We provide measurements for garments on our product pages. These measurements are made available so that customers can choose an appropriate size. No one from or affiliated with Premium Co through any communication or social media is responsible for ensuring the customer’s fit. Any advice is purely anecdotal. Please take the time to consult the sizing charts to ensure a proper fit. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent immediately after your order is fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transit. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the carrier.
